Paul Justice asked:
Medical Malpractice is a widespread problem. When you or a loved one is sick you go to a doctor and put your life in his or her hands. In the office you scan the walls for diplomas and licenses. You take in a beautiful framed needlepoint on the wall that states, “A Doctor Shall Do No Harm.” You sit back in your chair and feel a sense of security that you are in good hands.
However, if you are misdiagnosed or if your physician neglects to order further tests due to insurance scrutiny, your sense of security should be very tenuous because the results may very well cause you to be a victim of medical malpractice. So many cases of medical malpractice are never reported due to being misinformed or the victim or the victim’s family is so overwhelmed as a result of the illness or death of the patient.
Every physician must have medical malpractice insurance. This insurance is to protect the physician not the patient. Medical Malpractice insurance costs are on the rise as a result of medical malpractice occurring more and more frequently. Many of our fine physicians leave their specialties due to rising costs which once again places you the patient in further jeopardy of receiving less than optimal care and then being the victim of medical malpractice.
Medical Malpractice is the determination that no other reasonable medical professional would have performed the same actions as your provider. How are you the patient able to determine whether medical malpractice occurred? The determination of medical malpractice is the responsibility of a medical malpractice lawyer. In conjunction with the patient or the patient’s family medical malpractice can be determined for inappropriate treatment of a problem, treatment that caused new problems to arise, diagnosis given too late for treatment to work or if the physician provided the wrong treatment.
Medical Malpractice can also occur during surgical procedures. There are so many things that can go wrong while the patient is under anesthesia. A patient may be given the wrong dosage of medication. The patient may be allergic to the medication. The wrong organ may be operated upon. These are all reasons for filing a suit for medical malpractice. Do not rely on the word of your doctor for why something went wrong.

Paul Justice asked:
Construction accidents can and do happen every day across the country. If you’re injured as a bystander, the general law of personal injury applies, and the person or persons who are at fault may be held responsible in a lawsuit for the damages caused. If you’re working as a construction worker in the Brooklyn area when the accident occurs, the law of employee injuries applies between you and your employer. New York State’s workers compensation laws may cover you. In that case, workers’ compensation will pay your medical bills, lost wages and other expenses in exchange for you agreeing not to sue your employer. At this stage it is important to seek a qualified Brooklyn construction accident lawyer to help you with your claim.
However, you may have been injured by another employer at the same work site, or by another participant in the construction process such as an architect or engineer. In such cases, you may be able to sue the other parties responsible for the injuries, without being limited by the workers compensation statute. Whether a particular participant in the construction process may be liable for harm done to you depends on the legal duty that person owed to you. Usually, those duties are determined by the contracts among the various parties. For example, an architect is usually not responsible for workplace safety, so the employee of a subcontractor cannot hold the architect responsible for injuries resulting from an unsafe job site. However, if the architect has agreed to be responsible for workplace safety, the architect may be liable.
Even if a construction project participant is not liable to workers, either because they aren’t employees or because there is no contractual duty to them, he may still be liable if he knows of an actual dangerous condition and fails to give proper warning of the danger. Special rules usually apply as well to especially dangerous activities involved in a construction project, such as working with explosives or dangerous volatile substances. Whether a particular participant in the construction process, such as the architect, may be liable for the injury you suffered depends on the legal duty that person owed you. Employers are liable for injuries suffered by Brooklyn construction workers working on the employer’s construction site. Bystanders injured in Brooklyn construction accidents may recover from the person or persons who are at fault with the help from a Brooklyn construction accident lawyer.
If you’ve been hurt in a Brooklyn construction accident, it’s a good idea to see a Brooklyn construction accident lawyer right away. A Brooklyn construction accident lawyer is a legal specialist that is trained in all areas of construction site accidents and injuries.

Kenneth Echie asked:
The field of criminal justice is exploding with career opportunities. This was brought about by the events of September 11, 2001. The explosion has led a lot of people to be interested in the various careers in the profession. What these people find out after they start exploring for career opportunities in the field is that some form of education is required to get some of the jobs in the profession.
One of the degrees anyone interested in a career in criminal justice can get is associate degree in criminal justice. This degree will help a career seeker in criminal justice fulfill the education requirements needed to get a job in the profession. Therefore, in this article, I will explain the benefits of getting an associate degree in criminal justice.
In no particular order, they are:
1.An associate degree in criminal justice will help you get an entry level job in the profession. While it is not an absolute necessity that you get this degree, there is no doubt that it will give you a leg up on your competition.
Let’s say you are interested in joining the police department in your town. Who do you think will be given preference in the hiring process, a high school graduate or somebody with an associate degree in criminal justice? I think there can be no doubt that somebody who made the commitment to study criminal justice will most likely get hired over the high school graduate.
Why?
The reason is obvious. While both candidates will go through the police academy training, the one with the associate degree is better equipped to succeed in such training. This is because the courses taught in the associate degree program will cover some if not most of what will be taught in the training.
2.Somebody with associate degree in criminal justice will command more salary than somebody with high school diploma. People with associate degree make about $40,000 per year while high school diploma holders make $26, 000 per year. This is a difference of $14,000 per year. So getting your associate degree in criminal justice does pay.
3.An associate degree in criminal justice takes fewer years to complete than a bachelors degree in criminal justice. An associate degree will take you about 2 years to complete compared to a bachelor’s degree that will take you 4 years to complete.
I can hear you say but the bachelor degree holder will make more money than the person with an associate degree. This is indeed true. But, an associate degree is perfect for those that do not have 4 years before they can start earning a pay. And as I said above, it can get you in the door of a criminal justice career faster than a high school diploma. It is a good degree to start a career.
I have covered just a few of the benefits of earning an associate degree in criminal justice. There are other benefits to getting this degree. Covering all of them is beyond what I can do in this short article. I encourage you to continue to expand your knowledge of the benefits of getting associate degree in criminal justice. You can do this by visiting websites that deal with the subject in more detail.

Nawaz asked:
The real justice in fact is the justice based on Truth. If the law is not based on truth, then any judgment according to this law cannot be considered as meeting the requirements of justice. According to Islam, justice is one of the fundamental thing which Islamic State implement in the society, and this has been discussed in detial in the Quran. In chapter 38 verse 26 of Quran “Thus We told Daud peace be upon him to carry on with the mission of reforming the society without any fear and that We have granted you the control over the kingdom, so that you can decide on people’s affairs with complete justice and equity in accordance with the Divine Laws, and do not follow (or care for) anyone’s personal desires. If you were to do that then these people will lead you astray from the right path. Just remember that people go astray because they forget or ignore the Day of Accountability (which shall come as per Our Law of Mukafat) & the result is total destruction.”
To establish the rule of justice is a basic responsibility of an Islamic State. The demand for justice prevails in all walks of life, but here we shall talk only about the judicial justice (that which pertains to the domain of law). The Quran also provides the required guidance for justice-dispensing agencies i.e. the courts of law. It is necessary to understand one basic principle about JUSTICE. According to the common concept of justice in the world, the duty of a law-court is to decide the disputed affairs according to the code of law that is prevalent; therefore a decision made accordingly shall be considered as based on justice. But, if the law itself is not based on justice, then the decision based on it can never be considered just. Thus the principle laid down by the Quran is that the law of the land should also be based on justice. In this respect the Quran does not indulge in a philosophical debate as to what is meant by “law on the basis of justice” and what is the definition of justice. It addresses the Islamic sovereign state decisively as follows: (5:44) “If any do fail to judge by what Allah Almighty has revealed, they are Kafireen.”
This clearly indicates about two things; firstly that the law of the land ought to be based on Truth (as per the Quran) & secondly, that the court of law should remain above its personal sentiments that is it should remain neutral. That is what is called ‘a just decision’.
